Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and VENZPIRE, registered in [COUNTRY] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"), for the KorvAI app and this website. By downloading, buying or using KorvAI you agree to them. Questions: email us.

Your license

A KorvAI license is a one-time purchase. It gives one person a personal, non-exclusive right to use KorvAI on one computer at a time, either a Mac or a Windows PC. You may move the license from one of your computers to another, including between Mac and Windows; it then stops working on the previous computer. The Windows version is not available yet. You may not transfer the license to another person, or share, resell or rent the license or the app, or remove its license checks. You may not reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms. We keep all rights in the app that these terms don't give you.

Free trial

The trial gives you every feature for 7 days without a card. After that you need a license to keep editing. Your projects stay on your Mac either way.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which bills you, collects any sales tax and issues your receipt. Prices are in US dollars. The launch price may end at any time; it never changes a price you have already paid.

Refunds

If KorvAI isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. A refunded license stops working.

Updates

Updates are delivered inside the app. We may add, change or remove features over time.

AI tools and other services

KorvAI's AI chat runs an AI tool you install and sign in to yourself: Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI or Qwen Code. Optional features such as stock search, AI generation and YouTube publishing use accounts or keys you provide. These services are run by other companies under their own terms, and any fees they charge are billed by them, not by us. We don't resell AI usage. KorvAI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Alibaba Cloud or any other provider.

Your content

You own your footage, projects and the videos you make. You are responsible for having the rights to the media you use and for what you publish. AI can make mistakes: review edits, captions and generated text before you share them.

Acceptable use

Don't use KorvAI to break the law, infringe others' rights, or create content that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and follow the usage policies of the AI providers you connect.

No warranty

KorvAI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, and we don't promise that the app will be free of errors or always available. Keep backups of important footage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending these terms

You can stop using KorvAI at any time. If you seriously break these terms, we may end your license after telling you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of your home country gives you.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes don't apply to purchases made before them.
